These terms apply to your use of this website and to any presale offer or membership agreement you enter into with ISI® Elite Training Kenosha, 5732 95th Avenue Ste 850, Kenosha, WI 53144. By joining the Founding List or signing a membership agreement, you accept these terms.
Presale offers
Founding pricing is limited, offered first come first served, and available only while spots remain in the current stage. Stage pricing, spot counts, and availability are shown on this site and can change as stages sell out. Joining the Founding List reserves no spot on its own; a spot is reserved only when you complete a membership agreement.
Membership agreements
Signing a membership agreement during the presale reserves your rate. A card on file and the stated reservation fee are required to secure your spot. Monthly billing begins when the Kenosha location opens, at the rate stated in your agreement, and continues on a recurring basis until cancelled under the terms of that agreement. Your signed agreement governs billing, cancellation, freezes, and any conflict with these terms.
Founding rate
A founding rate applies for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If your membership is cancelled or lapses, the founding rate ends and standard rates apply if you rejoin.
Opening timing and schedules
Opening dates, class times, and programming may change as construction and staffing progress. We will notify list members and signed members by email or text if anything shifts materially.
Health and safety
Training is physically demanding. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and you agree to follow coach instruction and facility rules. Additional waiver and liability terms are provided in your membership agreement.
Communications
By submitting your contact information you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text about the Kenosha location. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
